Kamuyatt is 10 years old and came to SEHOA Orphange in 2022 with her sister, Haijjara. The girls lost their father when he was hit by a car while walking. The girls mother left them with their grandmother and then ran away. Their grandmother is disabled and unable to walk. THTGF provides food for the grandmother, but had to remove the children from the home because of poor living conditions and they were not attending school. They now live at St. Elizabeth’s Home of Angels Orphanage and attend St. Elizabeth’s Home of Angels Primary School. They visit their grandmother once a week. Both girls are very happy and love their friends at the orphanage and school.

Ibrahim is 13 years old and is in school at St. Elizabeth’s Home of Angels Primary School. Ibrahim’s mother married a man who was not his father. His mother then passed away and his step father would not support him. He was basically on his own and not in school before being brought to SEHOA. Now there is hope for his future. Ibrahim loves to play soccer and is tall for his age. He is shy, but very hardworking

Wilber (11 years old) and his brother, Emmanuel (nine years old) came to St. Elizabeth’s Home of Angels in 2015. Their mother died from a heart attack and not long afterwards, their father passed away. The boys then went to live with their grandmother until her death. Wilber is in grade four. He is an average student and is a very good soccer player.

Tracy came to SEHOA at the age of 3 and is now 6 years old. It was suspected that her mother was poisoned by the second wife of her fathers. She was taken to live with her grandmother, but then was being taken by SEHOA because
she was being abused. Tracy is the most recent child to come live at SEHOA. She is very quiet around adults, but loves to play and laugh with the other
girls at the home.

Phiona came to SEHOA at the age of 3 and is now 10 years old. Phiona’s father died from HIV/AIDS and her mother from cancer. She was living with an aunt, but was given to the home for financial reasons. Phiona loves to dance and play netball. She is very good with helping to take care of the younger children at the orphanage.
